Shipping

Processing: Orders placed in our website are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Tracking numbers are confirmed as soon as an order ships. Items in your order may ship separately, and you will receive tracking information for each part of your order.

Packaging: We go through great lengths to secure, wrap, and cushion every shipment we make. (As of 2024, we’ve changed and improved our packaging and shipping methods.) The customer does not bear the cost if the shipment is damaged. We sell delicate items, and we ship them accordingly.

Availability: Although it may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability. We will contact you immediately to offer alternatives or to refund you.


Returns

Full price items are eligible to be returned within 7 days from package delivery date.

All sale/discounted items are final sale and are non-returnable. Credit card companies usually take 1 to 5 days to return the payment back into your account.

Returned items must arrive back to us unused, unaltered, and unwashed. Must be returned with the original tags.

All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. Returned items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us may not be refunded.

To return an item(s) for a refund first email us with the explanation of why the item(s) is being returned with the order number as the header.

If approved, just send it to our address with a copy of the order confirmation email. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been processed.

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges or the return shipping costs with the exception of incorrectly shipped items.

Instead of exchanges, please cancel or return your order and place a new one for faster processing.
