Terms of Use

  • Merchandise ordered is subject to availability. In the rare event that items are unavailable you will be notified by phone or by email prior to shipment.
  • All orders ship approximately 24 hours after receipt of order.

Shipping

  • 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air deliveries orders placed and shipped on Fridays will not arrive until the following Monday.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.
  • Overnight and 2nd Day Air delivery charges shown on the shopping cart are approximations. If actual air freight charges exceed the amount shown we might request additional payment to cover for shipping, or cancel & refund your order.
  • Shipping Address Corrections: UPS charges an extra fee to intercept packages in transit and re-route them to a different or corrected shipping address. If the shipping address entered when the order is placed needs to be changed in transit, we will notify you and charge the fee.
  • Number of shipping days from our warehouse are an approximation, these are not guarantees.
  • Free shipping offers, only apply to shipments via normal ground service.

Return Policy

  • A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.
  • All sales are final on flowers, decor piñatas, accessories, papel picado, serapes, and ceramics.
  • Returns must be received no later than 30 days of delivery of your order in order for us to issue a refund or exchange.
  • Please note we do not refund shipping fees, including any return shipping fees.
  • Only undamaged and unused merchandise will be accepted.
  • Please check the contents of your order immediately upon delivery and let the driver know and take a note of any issue; you might be unable to make a claim to the shipping carrier without it.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be posted on your credit card or bank account.
